We took a little trip to Ocean City over the weekend for a bit.

First Phillies Game

We took both boys to their first Phillies game today. Such fun!
First we had to go to swimming class.

this was our actual view in the nosebleed section. at least we were in the shade!It was also kids fun the bases day, but apparently I missed Jim and Elijah out on the field so there are no pictures, but he did get a certificate from that and both boys received a certificate and a little Phanatic figurine for having it be their first game.

Carnival Party!

We had Elijah's birthday party over the weekend. It turned out great if I must say so myself. The theme this year was a Carnival. The kids had a great time playing carnival games in the backyard and everyone seemed to enjoy eating lots of unhealthy food. The face painter/balloon twister is from Caravan of Entertainment. Goodbye 2's Hello 3's!

Yesterday Elijah turned 3! He had such a fun day at his birthday party. Pictures of that will come soon. In the meantime, here's his last picture as a 2 year old.

Nathaniel

Look what Nathaniel is doing now! Standing is one of his favorite activities. He's also become quite good the past 2 days with pulling himself up too.

Elijah

We've been pretty busy around here as usual. Tomorrow is the big day when Elijah turns 3! He's been loving the pool and his swimming lessons. He's also been a little helper in the backyard with Jim putting together the playhouse.

He's been becoming quite the artist. This is the first real picture that he's drawn, other than scribbles. 'The cow jumped over the moon'.

Nathaniel has a little wave that he does. I was able to capture it the other day while he was eating some Cheerios.

Elijah is taking swim lessons this month. He absolutely loves it and is so proud of himself. Today after class was over he said he wanted to jump off the diving board. (and no, he didn't) =-)
