Naptime

We checked on Elijah during naptime today. We found him sleeping in the bottom drawer of his dresser! He's a silly little boy.

Snow fun

Yesterday we were surprised when it started snowing and today Elijah (and Charlie) had some fun in the backyard with daddy. All in all we got about 2 inches of that white stuff.

Yesterday we went to a birthday party for one of Elijah's friends at Spread Your Wings. Elijah always has a great time there. This was the first time he played with the air hockey table.

3 months!

Ikea trip

We spent the rainy afternoon at Ikea today. Afterwards we got Elijah an ice cream cone (well really 3 since he dropped 2 of them) to celebrate his 2 1/2 year birthday. Apparently he made his own version of a milk shake.

And so it beings....

As Elijah and Maddie were waiting for the elevator to arrive at the library, Maddie reached over and grabbed Elijah's hand. They stood next to each in the elevator then once we exited the elevator they held hands again until we got outside where they had to say their goodbyes. That's when Maddie gave Elijah a little kiss goodbye.

Yesterday was the first day Elijah asked to hold Nathaniel in a long time.

Walking in a winter wonderland

We woke up to a little snow today. As soon as Elijah woke up he wanted to put his boots on and go out in the snow.

Fort

Elijah wanted to make a fort this morning. After Nathaniel woke up from a nap Elijah also wanted his brother to join him in the fort.

2 month stats

We had Nathaniel's 2 month appt today and he jumped up in percentiles. He's now at 22 3/4 inches and 12 lbs 7.8 oz. He was still a little weezy from the cold that he's getting over so they did a nebulizer treatment. That was a lot of fun (note the sarcasm). 10 min of him screaming, but it worked for him so thank goodness we don't need to do it at home! Everything else was fine for him though.
