today was chilly and rainy so we stayed in and I made Elijah his first sheet fort. By the end of the night he had 2 blankets, his pillow and some toys in there.

While visiting family we took Elijah to see HoHo lights. Here we are at Candy Cane lane.

Apparently we wore Elijah out this weekend. He fell asleep sitting on his little chair while watching tv last night.

Today we went to one of the malls in the area to see Santa arrive. He arrived in style with a little parade.

Getting Bigger

The other day Nathaniel wore the outfit that he came home from the hospital in and it fit much better!
The playgroup is doing a class once a month now at a place called Jungle Gymz. Yesterday was our free trial session and Elijah had a good time. The highlight was the big bouncy mat they had.Elijah checking Nathaniel out.Nathaniel loves the carrier. Yesterday I was trying to get things done before we had to leave and Nathaniel wanted to be held so I got out the carrier that we had. Elijah hated this thing but it looks like Nathaniel thinks it's pretty comfy. It's funny how Nathaniel likes what Elijah hated and isn't a big fan of what Elijah liked.

Bathtime

Nathaniel wasn't a big fan of bathtime tonight.

But big brother Elijah tried to make it the best he could by helping prepare the tub and scrubbing the baby belly.

Bedtime

This is what Elijah's bed looked like last night when he was sleeping (I ended up waking him up a bit to take the picture). I think what I counted was:
1 cup of water
1 monkey
2 dogs
1 cookie monster
1 tractor
1 bunny blanket
2 little pillows
a bunch of little cars
12 books
1 train whistle
1 Target toy book ad
1 hammer

I'm surprised there was still room for him to sleep!
