Animal Kingdom Zoo

Today we went to the Animal Kingdom Zoo in Bordentown. Elijah had a great time feeding the animals popcorn, fruit loops, peanuts, raisins, animal cookies and some type of biscuit. We were also even able to feed the giraffes some bamboo. I got a little camera happy so click here to see most of the pictures from today.

Happy Memorial Day

Jim spent the day working on and completing wall #3. Just 1 more to go!

Every year we begin our summer by going down to Ocean City for the day over the Memorial Day weekend.

Camden Children's Garden

Today we spent part of the day at the Camden Children's Garden. Elijah seemed to really enjoy himself. He rode the carousel. Mr independent wouldn't let mommy touch him while he was on it.

He dug for dinosaur fossils with his friends.

Elijah had his first corn on the cob tonight for dinner. He seemed to really enjoy it.

22 Months

I'm a few days behind with this posting. Elijah is now 22 months old. 2 months until he's 2!
Here is on Sunday working on a garden stone that he bought me for Mother's day. The finished project will be posted at the end of the week once it's all dried.

Baby pool

Like we did with Elijah, we set up a baby pool for the next baby that is due Nov 3rd! This time we're making it harder and you have to guess the gender too. The winner receives bragging rights.

Elijah's newest trick is putting his own shoes on ... just on the wrong feet.

Elijah was a big helper this weekend and helped me wash the cars.

First amusement ride

Elijah went on his first amusement ride today. He LOVED it and was very sad to leave. Little does he know he'll be back almost every weekend in the summer.

Happy Mother's Day

We hope that all the Mother's and Mother's-to-be had a great day. We sure did. Elijah (with the help of daddy) made me breakfast, then we headed down to Ocean City for the afternoon.

We found this on craigslist over the weekend. How cute is this ice cream truck. The back opens up to be like a little serving area.
