Bag of Tricks

In the past week Elijah has been doing more and more tricks. He now pulls himself up to standing all by himself. And stand he does. All he wants to do is stand anymore. He's also starting to take a few steps if you hold onto him. He's also going to be getting teeth sometime soon! Yup we can see two white spots on his bottom gum. Soon we'll be showing off his pearly whites.

This was last week when he started to pull himself up.
He also likes to body surf under his highchair.

While we were at Walmart getting his passport pictures done a few weeks ago I saw on their wall a picture of a little boy in a diaper and tie. I thought it was super cute so I thought I would do my own version. Elijah woke up in a super good mood after his nap yesterday so we did a little photo session.

I just saw today that in the previous picture I had the year 07 as the date. Yeah with not having to really write the date anymore I'm still thrown off. A big shout out to everyone who looked at the picture and a) didn't realize it too b) realized it and never told me. :0) A little editing and it's fixed.

Fun at the Park

Well we finally had a beautiful Saturday and we did not have any plans so we were actually able to enjoy the weather! After we went for a run at the park, we stopped at the playground so Elijah could have his first experience on the swings. He really enjoyed it, laughing the whole time unlike the other little kiddie who was falling asleep in it.

Then it was time to go on the rest of the equipment. We definitely have an outdoor baby and thankfully it's only a 5 minute walk to the park.

Jazz it Up

Today we went to the Philly Flower Show. It was a nice breath of spring seeing and smelling all the flowers. This years theme was Jazz It Up . It was much better than last years flower show - more exhibit and more flowers. Here are some pictures of us there.
